Gatsibo: Development partners on demandGatsibo district administration has said that more development partners are needed to suit the development rate in the district.

This is based on the fact that in 2010, 8 percent homes had electricity but the number has risen to 26 percent in 2 years and 55percent of clean water coverage in Gatsibo district.

However, authorities denote that the percentages are still small compared to the buildings that are being built in this place.

Fred Ntakirutinka, President of the Joint Action Development Forum (JADF) in Gatsibo district asserts that development partners are not enough though they are doing a great job in developing the district.

The mayor of Gatsibo district, Ambroise Ruboneza confirms entrepreneurs are few but they so much support the district administration in all development activities.

Ruboneza reminds those that planned to make investment easy to speed up the process He adds that the district is to trying its level best to increase infrastructures such as electricity, water and roads.
